The flat (48) was easy to find in a great location. It was very clean and extremely comfortable with everything you need for stays of any length. The hosts send all information via WhatsApp and are easy to contact.
Too many messages from hosts regarding leaving. One reminder is sufficient not 3 days running.
The second bedroom needs curtains or a blind.

Proximity to the centre of Leamington; dedicated parking space; modern apartment, plenty of space. Lift for ease of packing and unpacking.
Nothing really, couple of superficial things, no tin opener in the kitchen, would have preferred toilet roll holders, but really just us being fussy.

The apartment was nicely furnished, well equipped and and in an excellent location near the centre of Leamington Spa.
The host, very poor service. We couldn't get the door to the apartment block open when we arrived, problem with the entry key pad, the parking permit we'd paid for wasn't in the property, confusion over our arrival date (a typo from them). They haven't refunded my deposit, saying we didn't return a second key which we never got.
