A basic but comfortable room close to the station and nearly right beside Palazzo Pilotta, one of the best nights we had, in a comfy bed! Opening the door by online link sounded complicated but was very easy, bathroom was very nice, quiet neighbourhood, perfect for our one night, thanks!
Of course it would always be nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee, choice of (smaller) pillows, but for one night that's absolutely fine if the price is right.

Locality
The website said it had a coffee machine which was located outside the room and was broken. No kettle to make a simple cup of tee. The website also proclaimed to have a safe which was not present and the left hand side bedroom light did not work
