About this house rental
Comfortably sleeps 3 families with 7 bedrooms, 3 lounges, separate surround sound cinema and games room with pool table. 14 beds so you can manage your group between singles, queens and king size beds. One of the only properties this size, that is walking distance to Dunsborough, on the beach and with fantastic ocean views. This huge beachfront property is the perfect stay for families.
Enjoy a glass of WAs finest as you take in the sunsets from the sea-facing balcony. Entertain your family and friends and gather around the 12-seater outdoor table.
The large kitchen, also with ocean views, is an entertainer's delight. With 7 bedrooms, 3 lounges, 3 family rooms, a games room with surround sound cinema, pool and air hockey table, and a jacuzzi there is no shortage of possibilities.
As you enter the property, on the ground floor you will find 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and corner jacuzzi and a separate toilet, as well as a sunken lounge room equipped with a TV and bar.
Further down the corridor is a third double bedroom with adjoining lounge, bathroom and shower - a perfect granny flat for those who want some space from the rest of the group!
Just outside is a detached family room with 110 inch screen and cinema, pool table and air hockey table.
Upstairs in the main house, is a huge kitchen with sea views, a dining area seating 12 people and a large lounge room with 3 x 3-seater couches.
Step outside onto the balcony overlooking the water for a BBQ and host your group around the 12 seater outdoor table.
This floor also has an oversized master bedroom with en-suite and separate toilet and a further twin bedroom.
With the turquoise waters of D borough Bay at your doorstep, spectacular nature walks and beaches and world class wineries, your stay at Moondance on the Bay will be one to remember!
Access to the whole house, on-site parking and a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your use.

Fantastic location with a great view and outside space. Large BBQ was useful. Lots of kitchen appliances and equipment l. Property suited our family very well!

The App and website didn't show each question despite my refresh. I gave up and all give 3 stars.he house itself is lovely—spacious and well laid out, comfortably accommodating all 11 of us. The location is fantastic, and the second-floor view of the sea, especially at sunrise, is absolutely stunning. We also appreciated the caretaker who was responsive and replied promptly to our messages throughout the stay.However, there were serious cleanliness concerns that affected our experience. When we checked in, we immediately noticed cockroaches running around. As we settled in, more insects appeared from various places—including the coffee machine, toaster, and even just as we moved around the kitchen. It was clear there was an insect infestation issue that had not been addressed.Additionally, the three kettles provided were unusable due to rust and heavy staining. Upon raising this with the caretaker, he suggested we buy a new one and claim the cost from him. We did exactly that, submitted the receipt, and even sent him photos—but as of now, 8 days after checking out, we still haven’t been reimbursed.In summary, the house has great potential in terms of space and location, but the hygiene and maintenance standards are far below expectations. I’ve attached a photo of the kettle, the receipt, and our conversation with the caretaker for reference. I hope future guests will see improvements on these fronts.
