There is a convenient shop (KK mart) nearby the hotel. Also, there are many car park lot. Room is very clean and tidy. Aircond is cold enough. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Wifi connection is not stable. Disconnect all of sudden. Perhaps my room is quite far away from the wifi modem.

Clean, central, plenty of parking spaces surrounding, do not belong to hotel though
So why not full stars? Because soundproof is super bad. look at pic, opposite is Petronas, surrounding no other buildings. We can’t sleep whole night. Constant motorbikes in hordes, engine start, stop park at petrol station and you can hear it every second, every minutes throughout the night. And most bikes are modified to have even louder sounds. Additionally, the hotel and this petrol station are located at the busy T junction. Hotel generally ok but in absolute need to improve the soundproofing of the room. And the toilet too small, the wet and dry areas are too near without proper separation and enough slanting to have the water flow to the ground sink via gravity. It means the floor will be wet after bath. There is no parking for the hotel but ample public parking spaces surrounding the hotel. Just triple locked your car for safety.
