We were pleasantly surprise at the size of the room, very large, very clean and inviting. The small home town feeling of Franklin was present when we checked in. The staff was very inviting and knowledgeable.

Location was great as it’s the only motel for quite a distance.
Towels were thin, no pillowcases on bed pillows (shams only) and only the tiniest sliver of soap in the room. Also — other guests were having a loud party outside our room (I.e.; parking lot) after midnight on Sunday.
