Loved it over all. Gorgeous house that was clean and really comfortable. Staff were amazing.
Would have liked a queen instead of a double in the main room and better quality pillows. Also more coffee pods left out. Also some board games in the cupboard would be great too.

BetsuInn was like a second home for our 2 week stay in Hakuba. The team at Shiki living made restaurant and taxi bookings for us which helped immensely. Our location for the shuttle to the ski slopes was extremely handy.

Shoko was an amazing host - she offered to pick us up from the station and take us grocery shopping before dropping us off at the apartment. She gave us plenty of resources and information for the area and dropped us off at the station after our stay. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and close to multiple shuttle stops. Would highly recommend Sanno for a group of 4 or 5.
