We found all the key fobs, endless codes for points of entry a bit frustrating.
Instructions for black bin disposal not clear.
Keys & key fobs we were given were redundant (bar one) so a bit confusing.
Stair well to parking area only opened on exit & not for entry.
Visitor parking area was not clear on arrival so we mistakenly parked in AMPR area & then had to pay as we were unsure & didn’t want to get a fine.

Great location. Easy walk into city centre. Comfortable and well provisioned. Washer/dryer was a bonus. Comfortable bed & sofa bed.
Parking spaces very skinny. In the heatwave conditions, fan wasn’t adequate.

Location, apartment comfortable
Security overly complex especially when combined with parking restrictions (30 mins to unload AND park car in a dangerous multi-story. It literally felt like a scene from mission impossible. I found myself helping two different couples work through the security layers! The reserved parking bay is at the very top with stairs only access, not a problem for me but elderly beware. The parking bays are very small, although I’m 6ft I’m not overweight but could only just squeeze myself out of the car! Also beware bay 65!has a brick wall protrusion at the rear could not fully open rear door. Finally the entrance is ridiculous , set at a 45’ angle to the electric gate . The entry fob which you find inside the building with but another code is located on a brick wall to the right . Caution on one of my entrances to the car park I miss judged my positioning to access the entry fob reader and managed to scratch the side/rear of my car . Having stayed at similar gated/parking very close by, I shan’t be staying here again. Although the apartment was fine , although far too hot, the stress of the initial entry process and parking logistics were far too stressful and albeit my fault probably expensive to remedy my scratched car!
