The apartment was very neat and clean, spacious enough and had access to a terrace.
The shower in the bathroom was poor (weak pressure due to a bad shower head). There was a lack of cutlery in the shared kitchen considering the number of guests.

Has a bad rep on google but it's above average clean. The staff francesca is helpful. Room is spacious, felt luxurious in size. If you get the room that has a bathroom in the hallway it is private and someone cleans the room at least every other day.
Distance from center a little of a challenge if buses are unpredictable but still overall accessble. Dont get initially turned off by another staff guy who does sound a bit rude but passes you over to francesca hehe maybe his english is not so good

You have space to park in front of the building and the air conditioner is working good.
The toilet was not in the same room.
During night is quite noisy with all the cars.
The toilet was clean, but as it is old, even the shower looks dirty with all the mold and smells like dentist.
