The staff is polite, attentive and helpful. The room cleanliness.
As we have a toddler, for us it would have been more safe if the area is without pets/ dogs. We found some dog waste (poop and pee) on the public areas (such as playground and grass) where kids are playing. It was stressful as toddler are curious and they sometimes put objects (including what they are not supposed to eat) in their mouth.

The positives: The maid lady on the first floor deserves special praise—my room and bathroom were always tidy and spotless. Breakfast was good with sufficient variety, everything freshly prepared, plenty of seating available, and the restaurant was clean. The staff was generally polite. Parking is available, though some spots are more accessible than others. The pool was clean and tidy.
What disappointed me: The sound insulation in the room is exceptionally poor. Noise travels through the walls, floor, and ceiling—almost everything can be heard. It's impossible to sleep between 7 AM and 10 PM without earplugs. The bed mattress has seen better days—it's worn out and needs replacement. The heating was inconsistent throughout my 6-nights stay, ranging from almost cold to satisfactory, which is quite important in February. The pool water was never 30°C as advertised at the entrance—on some days it was quite cold and uncomfortable.

room and hallway were decent..for everything else, read what I didnt like.
the place advertises itself as some resort / spa. the reality is the pool is tiny , full of screaming kids and shuts down at 7pm. sauna is not in the same building and you are to pay additionally in full if you want to use it. no benefits for hotel guests..it also closes super early. staff provides the bare minimum to the guests, anything beyond that..like asking for a towel at the pool, they will give you a tired look. breakfast is in yet another building completely separated , a huge hall resembling a high school canteen ..and the quality of the food matches that with great precision
