About this house rental
Villasanta is new built Villa is situated near the centre of the village Marusici in very quite place, directly above the private beach (small rise). It has best sea view, extra big terraces and access to different beaches in 50-70 m distance to the water.
Every room has it own 6 m2 and air conditioning. Also extra toilette for your guests. Outdoor POOL plus BBQ- Lounge Area for all guests in are place where all the guests have their place to get together and relax. We (family Zuzul) have 25 years experience in tourism and this new Villa should be our best project so far. Villa has also 1 bedroom apartment in offer and this is suitable for 2-4 person per apartment.

Loved Croatia and the property was superb but you definitely need a car, owners extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment in quiet area of Croatia. Beach area small but big enough for the number of people using it. Sea was glorious.
Over 300 steps down to the sea which provides some exercise! We stayed without a car which did limit our options. There are 2 small restaurants and shop within walking distance but that is all. This suited us as we wanted a quiet time together. Goran and the other staff where always kind and there to help in anyway. We had a fabulous time and would absolutely recommend it

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks with our 16 year old daughter. There are 4 small blocks together that share the private beach and we were in Villa Opera (not with the pool) We had the ground floor apartment which is air-conditioned, modern and very well appointed. The view from the terrace and small garden is stunning, as it is south facing you have both sunrise and sunset. The view over the sea to Brac Island is really idyllic we spent a lot of time on our terrace in the late afternoon and evening just soaking up the scenary. The kitchen was well equipped with large fridge/freezer, full size oven, microwave and two ring Halogen hob if you want to completely self cater then this is possible here. The bedrooms and the two en-suites are beautiful even good fast speed hairdryers in both bathrooms. There are two restaurant nearby both very good and very good value for money. Also there is a small supermarket that provided all our daily needs, milk, fresh bread, cheese, water, vegetables etc. They even had Gordon's Gin!! All of these are up an incline which is a bit steep but not a problem for us. Drazen who looked after us spoke good English and was very helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he anticipated our needs and helped us to enjoy a fabulous holiday. If I am being picky there are a couple of downsides, the TV was only German channels and the WiFi was not the fastest in the world but we did not go on holiday to watch TV and spend time surfing the internet so not really a problem for us. The only other issue is there are a lot of steps down to beach, there is a solid handrail sometimes on both sides, the steps are not deep and there are a number of landings to get your breath. I am waiting for a knee replacement and I thought the stairs would be a real problem, however to begin with I just took my time and by the end of the two weeks I was able to get up and down quite easily and I think the exercise has actually helped me strengthen my leg muscle. Would it stop us going again? Absolutely not we would go back in a heartbeat. The public beaches nearby are really very busy so having a small private beach was really welcome. Mr Zuzul took us to a small cove one day that was only accessible by boat. It was just heavenly and we would never have known how to find it without his help. All in all a great modern well equipped apartment that I would recommend.
