We had such a lovely stay at Enorme Beach Hotel! It’s a cute, stylish boutique hotel in a fantastic location — just 15 minutes from Heraklion Airport, with the beach right in front and plenty of things to do around Gouves both day and night.
The food was incredible, from the buffets to the à la carte restaurants. The beef kontosouvli is an absolute must! 🤤
But what really made our stay special was the staff. They are honestly some of the loveliest and friendliest people we’ve ever met — always polite, smiling, happy and ready to help with anything. They even went above and beyond to serve us after hours when the pool was supposed to be closed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests and will do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful stay.
We would happily return and highly recommend Enorme Beach Hotel! ❤️

Close to the beach and clean and tidy - good choice of drinks at the hotel bar
The all inclusive ended before we checked out as we had a late flight, but considering we arrived late on the first day and didnt get dinner despite the fact we had paid for the first night felt unfair

We had a fantastic, relaxing weekend with my partner in Maya! Amazing welcome by the Operation Manager, cozy and spotless room and delicious cuisine! Shout out to the super friendly personnel! We highly recommend it and definitely plan to come back! Thank you!!!

The welcome champaigne was great so as the staffs.
If you look at the pictures you might have an impression that this is a resort - size venue. I found the pool and the public areas relatively small.
It is also advertised as Beach Hotel. But there is rather a coast (!) after you cross a road and rocks outside the hotel area. I looked at the pictures of the hotel again, you need to look very very closely to see that. I do not think it is transparent.
The gym was outside, 2 equipments in a half-open bamboo shed.
I considered the place too expensive compared to what it promises.
