Located on the 1st floor of a 16th century building, this apartment has been completely renovated between 2019 and 2022.
The entrance hall leads first to a separate toilet area, then to the living room. This area is typical parisian with high ceiling, beams, parquet floor. Furnishes and decoration were selected for comfort as for the sofa for 3 people, the armchair, the marble cofee table and the desk area.
After one step, you will discover the area with kitchen and the dining area for 4 people maximum.
This whole room is atypical with its high ceiling of more than 3 meters, the huge glass roof and the 2 windows giving to the street.
From this area, 2 doors for the 2 double bedrooms all facing the courtyard.
They have their own bathroom, one with its toilet, the other without toilet, the one of the entrance serving as a second toilet.
The first bedroom is next to the living room and opens onto it through a glass wall. A blackout blind provides total darkness.
The second bedroom opens onto a small patio. The bathroom can be reached by descending a few steps.
The 2 showers have a roof opening, which means that you can take a shower while seeing the sky of Paris, incredible but true.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;
Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

The apartment is beautiful, functional, and importantly during our stay air conditioned. The neighborhood is convenient to Notre-Dame, the Louvre, right in the heart of the Paris St. Germaine neighborhood. Our last night, we were a little tired from our exploration of the city and decided to fix a charcuterie and salad at the apartment. That was the night that Paris St. Germaine won the champions league championship and celebrations broke out in the streets. We were able to view all of this from the first floor windows as the celebrations continued. The gendarmerie was on top of the situation and we were always safe and comfortable in the apartment. Who could possibly know that we scheduled our vacation in the middle of a heatwave and that Paris St. Germaine would win the championship during our stay? What an incredible experience and incredible vacation!

I hesitate to say how great this experience was because I hope to stay there again next year and would hate to see it booked up! That said, the apartment is exactly as described. There is a set of stairs but our host helped us with our luggage both coming and going. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and had very comfortable beds ..

The management company is great! We were met at the apt, shown how to work everything, there were thorough instructions for all of the electronics, the kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare a feast and they responded immediately via WhatsApp with any questions. We will be going back, thank you!

Location was excellent, check in process was easy. Communication was excellent before the stay, they answered all of our questions promptly. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Would stay there again!
