The views and location were spectacular! Very close to the Shenandoah National Park. Very family oriented but I was fine going as a single adult. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I will definitely return!

we stayed at ridge crest. some dead bugs. luckily no live ones. great! amenities! like adult summer camp. very nice people. great water pressure, water heats up very fast, loose outlets near bed, def a little dim at night, but bright in morning, great central air system. rocking chairs on the porch outside.no service but great wifi. has microwave and fridge. no utensils. tv has everything by including roku i think.
walls are quite thin, we woke up a couple times around 7am due to the very enthusiastic family next to us. coffee in room isn’t great.

The buffet on Saturday night and breakfast buffet on Sunday morning were both excellent. My only complaint would be the service was not very good. I believe they were understaffed on both occasions. The customer service at the front desk was good. When we arrived to our room they were trying to fix the TV. The owner was very friendly and went out of his way to fix the problem.
The rooms are out dated. I had requested the upper floor and didn’t get it. So we had a bunch of kids above us who spent most of the night jumping up and down in the bed and onto the floor. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable.
