We had another wonderful family stay and truly enjoyed the resort, its beautiful facilities, beach, atmosphere, and overall hospitality. A very special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Nikolaos, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care played a major role in our decision to return. He made our stay exceptionally smooth, supported us throughout every step, and went above and beyond with thoughtful assistance and special arrangements that made our family extremely happy. We are truly grateful for his attention to every detail and for his genuine commitment to making sure we enjoyed our stay.
We are equally grateful to Fotini, whom Mr. Nikolaos introduced us to. She is truly one of the finest Guest Relations professionals we have ever met — warm, welcoming, elegant, and exceptionally professional. Her attention to every special occasion, the beautiful arrangements she organized for us, and the way she followed up afterwards to make sure everything went perfectly were genuinely remarkable. We would also like to thank the entire team for making us feel so welcomed and valued.
The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of choices, and the location is excellent for a relaxing family holiday
As returning guests, we noticed that some areas would benefit from stronger and more regular maintenance. Some parts of the aquapark that needed attention during our previous stay two years ago are still awaiting repair, while a few other facilities are starting to show signs of wear. The swimming pools could also benefit from more thorough cleaning of the pool walls.
The food quality seemed to have declined slightly compared with our previous experience. The restaurant team deserves great appreciation for their hard work — they were clearly doing their best and even more — but the number of staff seemed insufficient for the workload, and the pressure on them was very noticeable. At the beach, the staffing level seemed adequate, but the service could be more welcoming and professional, particularly regarding the preparation and quality of the drinks, which unfortunately were not always enjoyable.
Another area that could be significantly improved is the evening entertainment. After dinner, the resort becomes very quiet, with very limited activities, and the entertainment available is rather weak. The music selection and atmosphere could be much better and more suitable for an evening resort experience, and the music/entertainment management would benefit from a more professional approach. For a resort of this standard, we believe there is a great opportunity to create a much more enjoyable and lively evening atmosphere for families and guests.
The Wi-Fi service was also a significant disappointment. The connection was extremely weak and slow, and it was only available in the room with very poor performance. This level of Wi-Fi service does not meet the standards expected from a hotel of Grecotel’s size and reputation, especially for guests who need a reliable connection during their stay.
We share these comments only because we genuinely love this resort and want to see it continue to maintain the high standards that have made us return.

Staff, facilities and food/breakfast met our expectations. Location was really good with great sea and sunset views. The beach, the pools and the waterpark are family friendly.
The room could use some renovation. The bathroom ventilation didn't work in both of our rooms. Restaurant bookings have to be made well in advance, because most of the times they are fully booked.

The staff were exceptional across all departments, and even though it was high season, the level of service was truly outstanding. The facilities were beautiful, offering plenty of dining options throughout the property. The buffet food was consistently delicious, with a wide variety of choices every single day. The pools were fantastic, and the aqua park was perfect for both adults and children. Overall, an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations.

The location is great!The stuff very helpful, polite and friendly!There are many different things to do!Great for kids!
The maintenance is bad!The facilities are old and sometimes dangerous for kids!There is rust in the slides in the aqua park!They have not even paint the swimming pools!Also the water toys for small children are broken for years!Not to mention they have not changed the wooden decks for years!
