Grounds were very nice. Staff was excellent, menu for food was limited.
Room was small, bathroom did not have any room to place your everyday toiletries. Need some type of shelving under the sink. Toilet was plugged so I had to use the plunger to fix it. Water pressure was very low in the shower. Somewhat disappointed for 49th anniversary trip

I requested first level and explained that health reasons make it difficult to climb stairs. They put us in a cabin since we had pets, which was fine, but there was a steep, chat climb up to the cabin as well as stairs. Two vacant, identical cabins were directly across from ours. There was a flatter entry and NO stairs. I was confined, after I finally made the climb.
I declared my pets when I applied, but the price that was charged to my credit card did not include a pet fee-their mistake. When I checked out I was told they had taken a pet fee from my credit card . I wasn't given a chance to negotiate or question why not on my original charge. I was not given the option to deny the reservation charge. It could have
