About this house rental
Nestled in Bradenton Beach, this lovely house for $340 per night is a great choice for your next break. This immaculate home on beautiful Anna Maria Island offers three bedrooms, each with their own bath and also a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs there is a game room with a 55" TV; a pool table; seating for eight; a wet bar; and one bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs there is a beautiful, modern well-equipped kitchen; a gorgeous dining room that seats 8; two bedrooms, each with their own baths; a living room that seats 8 with a 45" TV; a spacious office area; and a laundry room with large capacity front-load washer and dryer. Knotty pine floors, high-quality comfortable furniture, and tasteful, colorful coastal decor will allow you to fully unwind even when you're not at the beach. The fenced-in back yard offers a serene place to relax, hang out around the fire pit, grill up some grub, lounge in the hammock or play some corn hole all while being surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. When you return from the beach you can cool off or warm up in your enclosed outdoor shower with graceful palms arcing over your head. But, if you like setting your heights a little higher, go up to the large roof-top deck that gives views of both beach and bay. And speaking of the beach, you are only steps from dipping your toes in the white sand and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella, sand toys and beach cart make it easy to enjoy lazy days at the beach. The side yard provides space for parking a boat or RV, and ample parking is available in front for other vehicles. This home's location is within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping on Historic Bridge Street. Or walk a few blocks to catch the free Trolley that services all of Anna Maria Island. Nearby Leffis Key Preserve offers a perfect opportunity for a short walk, and a public boat ramp is close and convenient. The multi-purpose path across the street is a great place to ride a rental bike or take a Segway tour. You've heard it said, "Location, location, location" and this home has it!

The location of this rental is great. Right across the road from beach. Easy crossing road too with pedestrian signal. House was clean and well stocked. Owner has thought of everything. Extra beach toys and chairs in shed. Nice pool table to use on rainy days and evenings. Thank you! Hope to return again.

The only issues were minor. Dowstairs sjowers never got over just being warm. Upstairs was fine.there needs to be some kitchen dish towels. We had to use a lot of paper towels for clean up.
Otherwise was great location. Enjoyed the area, fire at night, beach and had fun playing pool..

Everything was as advertised, the location is spectacular! Easy check-in, check out, clean, excellent amenities and beach supplies which is right across the street. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks much!

Our over all stay was wonderful and we more than enjoyed the house. Steps to the beach and such a convenient location. Our only complaint is that neither tv worked correctly and we could not correct it. The other was the upstairs bathroom could use some light bulbs. I definitely recommend this house!

My family and I overall found the property to be comfortable, clean and easily manageable. It took a little bit to get the Wi-Fi and television straightened out but we were able to get them working on the second day. However, I would recommend that you upgrade your television sets to Roku and you won't need your cable boxes. My brother was visiting with us from North Florida and said that the cable boxes you have appear to be outdated. Other than that we found the property pleasant and accommodating and would recommend it in the future.

What an amazing eclectic gem!!! We loved our stay at the property as well as the quaint community. There were only a couple of issues that need attention if you want to have returning guest. There were five adults staying at the property and many of the beach chairs that were listed as available to use were broken. I think it’s time to buy new ones. Light bulbs need replacing on almost every floor, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only other complaint we had in our five day stay were issues with both TV’s. It may have been a cable provider issue, but nonetheless there needs to be better instructions or at least a phone number to call.

Nice stay across the street from the beach. Great hangout spot and overall neat home. Lots to do to check out, begin looking at that the night before you leave as I was surprised.

Being a writer, I am at a loss for words! This healing place was a magical experience for us! My only wish was that it was for longer.
The only problems we found were having trouble figuring out the televisions, but then again being old and having no electronics knowledge it was our bad. Couldn’t find a can opener but everything else was spot on!

Our party of 8 had the best experience, from booking to our stay and everything in between! The house had everything we need to have an amazing vacation without any worries, and the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants is perfect! The house was immaculate and has been kept us really well. Very spacious. 3 full bathrooms really makes a difference with 3 kids! Fully stocked - just bring your food, drink and toiletries. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about the property or owner/management. I highly recommend the Salty Snapper Beach House and we look forward to making this our annual vacation house. Thank you Jaryn for making our stay close to perfect!

My family and I have visited AMI many times, but usually we stay on the north end of the island. We chose this house because it was close to Bridge Street and we knew we could still use the trolly. It was a great location!
We did have a little communication hiccup because we did not know the host was out of the country, but once she was made aware of our issue, everything was taken care of within 24 hours.
The house was very clean and comfortable and the storage building has everything you could possibly need for the beach!

We have stayed at this house several times, and fall more in love with it each time. We do family vacations and girls weekends and it could not be more perfect. The location is ideal for beach lovers. Working with the owners could not be easier, Ms. Jaryn is so kind. I could not recommend this house more, and know I will be back again!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! If you are looking for a house close to the beach this is it. Directly across the street from beach, 3 minute walk. Nice sun deck, relaxing but not a “perfect” view of the beach. Walking distance, about 1/2 mile, to Bridge Street. House was great! Exactly as shown in pictures. Had all the things you needed for beach, wagons, chairs, umbrellas. Great landscaped back patio space. Didn’t use but great for pictures.. lol. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

My family and I (wife and 2 small kids) just finished 6 days at the Salty Snapper and it suited us very well! The house is spacious with plenty of hangout space, including the great rooftop. Beach is steps away and very easy to reach....and the beach itself is awesome. Maybe the best I've been to in the US in terms of clear blue water, soft white sand, clean, etc. Was like being in the Carribbean. House is convenient to all you need and it was a great week!

This place is a very easy walk to beach and the “downtown” eaterys and shopping area. Plenty of space to hang with a guest or 2 in upstairs pool room. The roof top seating for sunsets is a great view. Pretty much everything you need to kick back and enjoy beach life

Getting everything booked was a breeze. The description was pretty spot on! Looks just like the pictures! It does say coin laundry, it is not. The ice maker didn't work, which we were told about the day of check in so just bought a bag of ice which was no big deal. Nice big cart full of beach towels which was great! Plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adult couples). So very close to anything you might need! We mostly walked but also rented bikes and rode to the other side of the island (takes about 30 min). Right across from the beach. Shed in back houses 2 wagons, chairs, umbrellas, cooler - we didn't lack anything.
My only complaint was that there was a dead rat laying by the firepit when we got there. I messaged Jaryn (May 4th) and still have not heard back (May 9th). One of the guys got it picked up and disposed of but if it was just girls, we would have avoided the beautiful back patio the whole time. There were also many light bulbs out (which I also sent a message about, and have not heard back).
All in all a very wonderful place to stay. Just wished the communication would have been a little better - that being said, I hope everything is ok with the host!

The home is as described in the listing. Our group consisted of two couples and one single person with the primary bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms on the main floor. It is a great location for those wanting to be near the beach (across the street) and just blocks to Bradenton Beach shopping, restaurants, and bars. Nice gathering places in the home - living room and area on second floor with pool table and an additional TV.

We were so surprised by the standard of this villa, the photos (while impressive) really don't do it justice! The young adults/ teenagers loved the social environment of the pool room, the older adults adored being able to walk 100 steps in the morning and look out to the gulf (most days catching sight of dolphins). I cannot think of anything else that was needed to enjoy the holiday, from fully stocked cupboards (spices, seasoning, etc.) to everything you need for the beach. Really missing being there and so want to find a way to go again!!

You cant beat the location. I have walked longer from a hotel to the beach it was on, than to coquina beach. The beach is in a non-busy section with piers that you can go fishing on. Property was clean, beds were comfortable. KItchen could use more utensils & gadgets.
