We would stay again

Great position near to bars restaurants and the great beach

Can’t say anything bad really. It is what it is there, no high rise big hotels, they all seem this sort of style.

Excellent. Will be back!

New remodeled property. Spacious room. Easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and beach.

Not really a dislike, but a suggestion...have more furniture for clothing storage. Also, maybe a small table with a couple of chairs. May be on the list to add to the room. Again, not a complaint--just a suggestion.

Exceptional

Staff was amazing and helpful Facilities were spotless Excellent location We plan to go back next year!

I don’t know what happened but there was a huge problem with their septic tank or something. The area around the pool was dug up and the water was turned off for a couple hours. We were not told about it and it would have been nice to know what was going on.

Buyer Beware!!!

If I could have this property removed from bookings.com, I would. My credit card was double charged by the facility. Nicole, who admittedly said that she charged my card, as well as somebody else on her team did made virtually no effort to rectify the situation. Even though a credit was submitted, when I contacted my bank, they said it is standard procedure that the funds would not be released for 3 to 7 business days. When I contacted Nicole, she assured me that there would be a solution to my situation. She eventually hung up on me. The general manager was contacted and basically disregarded any efforts for resolution. I personally contacted Billy and never received a response from him. I had less than $10 available to me to last for three days for food and expenses etc… There was no effort on this management team to rectify the situation. Please do not stay here.

Very good

The pool.

July 16th our first full day there, the water was shut off with no notice. We were without water most of the day. Had been in pool and couldn't shower before meeting friends. Monday, July 17 was getting out of pool again when we were told not to use water as the sewage pump was being replaced. The gentleman doing the work informed of the water/sewer problems. No one from property let us know. Again unable to shower before meeting friends.

The Pelican Post is in a great location!

The pool was amazing! Nice quiet atmosphere. Great job on the landscaping! Clean room.

No chair/chairs or table in the room. Would be nice to have a laundry bag for wet bathing suits, dirty clothes, etc Never located the outside shower to rinse off before entering pool.

Hard to find. They had multiple locations. Called office to find the right location and no one answered. A worker directed me to a different location. Too confusing. No whete in correspondence was the office location that is different from where you actually stay.

Great Location, clean and comfortable room, loved the heated pool and hot tub

lights outside of room very bright at night, rooms need curtains on windows

The place was setup for sleeping only. Big space, but no kitchen table which was odd, so no place to sit, eat, play cards, or do anything inside the condo other than the couch. Having a table would have made a big difference for our family. Also all the pools were freezing cold, so if the pool and hot tub are big selling points, just don't count on it.

comfortable accommodations

communication from the inn was very poor. I got emails from them with INCORRECT info about how to check in ; they sent me the WRONG ACCESS CODE for the door lock . Nice worker just happened to see us struggling , and called the office for us , learned of all these errors . we had to drive to the main office - to get the correct info .

Will not stay at Pelican Post again. Way too expensive for 18 hours allotted for time spent in room.

AC worked. Clean with comfortable beds

Refrigerator & freezer not working properly; no place to hang wet towels or swim suits; not enough plates, cups; door lock not working properly; steps to room very slippery; no key to get into pool; no table or chairs to eat meals; parking area flooded up to wheel covers on tires; not enough soap, shampoo for 4 individuals; no hair dryer. Poorly run!

My stay should have been much better for the price I paid.

The pool was ok, it seemed that is not frequently maintained. As for the round tub or whatever it was, with the green water it had looked awful. Room was very small for the price.

Not recommended for a family of 4.

Location!! Walking distance from the beach and main restaurants/ shops road.

Summer in Florida with no AC?!?!?! The “lounge” didn’t have AC, had to accommodate my 2 kids in the main suite with me and my wife. No staff at all on premises… Tried calling the hotel office line and no one picked up, I was on hold for over 15’ twice before I hang up.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay.

Perfect location. A lot of entertainment as well as the beach was easy walking distance. The pool area was perfect for our family. It has a good shallow end for younger kids and a large area for bigger kids to swim. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like that there was too much lighting on the property at night. The hot tub was not working when we were there, but there was a company working on it. The roads also flooded due to excessive rain, this is no fault of the property.
