Appartamento Ulisse, new and newly built, is located inside a hotel but totally independent. The apartment is located within a hotel and therefore enjoys the services of the Hotel. It consists of a dining room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, small private outdoor space. It has all the latest comforts: air conditioning, free wifi internet, TV, hairdryer. The linen is included in the price as well as the cleaning that occurs every 3 days with the change of towels. The bed linen is changed every half way for a minimum stay of 7 nights. The parking space is free inside the structure. The house as well as the entire hotel structure has several common areas consisting of sofas and relaxation areas. The house can be booked by up to 5 people placed 2 in a double room, 2 in a room that can be either double or twin, and 1 on a chair that becomes a bed. The structure is located about 400 meters from the sea, so you can reach the beach on foot and here there are several agreements with bathing establishments and restaurants that once will be on site. The house is located outside the town, but in a great location for those who want to visit the area as it is strategically located as it is at the center of the 3 different places of interest that the area can offer and for those who want to stay a few steps from the sea. In fact, the beautiful Sperlonga is less than 6 km, the town of terracina about 5 km, the beautiful Gaeta about 13 km, and the city of Fondi is located about 10 km.
