Beautiful apartment in the very centre of Ierapetra, well-equipped with everything required for a stay, lengthry or brief. We could only stay one night but we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was AC in both rooms, and the bathroom, while small, has a shower with excellent pressure. There is plenty of closet space in the bedroom, a TV and DVD player in the living room along with USB sticks for music on the radio provided and a selection of board games and books. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and there is also a washing machine, an ironing board, and iron. There were additional sheets, pillows, and towels as well. There is a small balcony that looks on to the main road. The host was very polite and helpful and had provided us with a cake and rusks with butter and an assortment of jams, honey, praline for breakfast as well as a bottle of water and raki. We wish we could have booked it for a couple more nights but it is very popular. Also important to note is that there is a big couch in the living room and another chair which becomes a single bed in the bedroom plus a lift so no need to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs.
- Parking is available on street but it is very busy since it's central so there is no guarantee that one can park close to the apartment. We managed to find a spot relatively close by but we had a blue badge (disabled) card so used one of those spots. Otherwise, be prepared to walk a bit.
- Didn't affect us as we are used to this where we live but the bedroom is on the street side and it can be noisy due to the inconsiderate motorbike users with no regard for the residents. Usual car traffic is not really an issue but it is a first-floor apartment so loud conversations on the street are audible, especially in the early hours of the morning. There is AC in the room so one can close the balcony doors and pull down the blinds to dampen the noise a bit but, for those sensitive, bring ear plugs :-)

Η τοποθεσια ηταν κοντα σε ολα. Παραλιες μεσα στην πολη, τα κτελ, την αγορα . Πολυ ανετο κ προσεγμενο νοιωθεις σα το σπιτι σου. Πολυ καλη ιδεα τα usb με μουσικη αλλα κ τα dvd με ταινιες για ν δεις στο δωματιο. Ο υπευθυνος πολυ εξυπηρετικος. Ενα βραδυ ηταν μονο αλλα ηταν πολυ ωραια
