Great location, well appointed and had everything needed for 2 couples to stay for the weekend. Good value compared to multiple hotel rooms and we felt at home with lots of space.

Nice quite location but not too far from the centre. Beautiful views of the racetrack were an added bonus.

Location suitable for access to town, Theatre and accessible on foot from station.
Parking was not adequate for two cars, even our fairly small cars could not open doors side by side or when staggered.
Tiles at the base of the shower cubicle in downstairs bedroom were cracked, grouting dirty. There was dirt behind washbasin taps unacceptable for basic hygiene.
Event on racecourse was intrusive; noisy and went on all day and late in evening. Little privacy on patio.,
