Location is good as it is near shopping area
Configuration of the hotel is weird like a maze. Very inconvenient for elderly with luggages. There are steps and difficulty pushing the luggages to our room. Have to push luggages up ramps while you clid the steps to the room. Only one small Lift to ground floor. Staff is not very friendly.
