Great spot, short walk into the little village of Gravedona. The property itself was nice and neat and well equipped (except they didn’t have a pizza tray…but we improvised). This wasn’t an issue and we mostly ate out. Our gist was also fevers friendly and helpful :) I’d stay here again

Might be tricky if it was hot

Very good appartement for a couple. It was very well equipped with a good kitchen and bathroom. I think the place would be a little small if 4 people stayed there. Even tough the appartement is not very close to the ‘big’ towns around Como lake (Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, Como) the town where it is located is also very beautiful and about 10m from the appartement there is a little ‘private’ beach with beautiful views.

Near to town centre, lakeside and our son's wedding venue, the latter being the most important for us. A wonderfully helpful and reliable host, in Filippo.

The flat is very hot in high summer. Air conditioning would be a blessing.

We were welcomed by the host, who was very kind and helpful. The apartment has a very convenient location, as it was next to the lake and in between two ferry stops. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need for a nice stay at lake Como, even seats for the lake (since there are stones).

The bed was a bit hard for our liking

All! We really couldn't find anything bad about this apartment. Clean, quiet. We also welcomed the fact that we could lend deck chairs and umbrellas directly from the apartment. There were also basic ingredients.

Lovely apartment with a lot of space at a top location at the lake. Filippo was very nice and easy to get in touch with. The apartment had everything we needed like towels, toilet paper, wifi, fans, kitchen appliances and some basic foods.

The beds were very squeaky, but otherwise nothing negative about this place.

I did not like that from the beginning I was not told that 4 € should be paid by the wedding person for what?, and behaved very ugly, Very bad!!!
