In particular, the bathroom needs to be improved. Need to change dryer.
2. Service manner (LINE responsor)
The most incomprehensible part is the service manners of LINE respondents. Maybe this is the boss, but I can't communicate with him basically. At first, I contacted him to inquire about tourist attraction information, but I barely got a reply one or two hours later, and at the end, I contacted to inquire about how to check in, but I didn't get a reply. Fortunately, there was another employee in the accommodation, so we were able to check in safely, but from the customer's point of view, we suspect the lack of basic service manners for not replying. Personally, I think it would be better to leave the LINE response to the field staff (現場職員).
Overall, it was a normal accommodation, but I feel there must be improved for some parts.
