We were a little disappointed our stay

We were disappointed with our stay here. The reception staff were not so friendly and we put this down to being in a big city. The rooms were noisy and you could hear everything in the hallway. There was a sewerage smell when using the taps. The b breakfast wasn't very good and we opted to sleep in and get it outside on one occasion. Location was good - walking distance to all monuments and markets.

The bathroom is in room an is shielded by an automatic screen. The bath plug leaked so having a bath wasn't an option (this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel).

Highly-recommended hotel in Ho Chi Minh

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy and clean, with complete amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We didn't get the chance to have breakfast because the schedule of our tour was very early. The location is very accessible to the landmarks and famous places to visit even if one wishes to walk around. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for making our trip to Vietnam a memorable one.

The luxury; awesome. Kids loved it. They took lot of pictures for their Instagram profile. Though it was just overnight stay, the facility, stay and overall experience was exceptional

would be better if they have terrace view access to see the city at night

Poor

Bathroom and toilet were wide open in room and feel like we were sleeping in bathroom. No proper partition between room and bathroom. Became smelly and humid after using bathroom. Table in restaurant below where they were serving breakfast had broken sharp corner that ripped my short and staff didn’t bother when I complaint.

Would not stay here again.

Not much although the staff were lovely.

The room was not nice at all. The shower had no screen so there was just water all over the bathroom floor. There was construction work from early in the morning to loud banging still going on at 10pm at night. We paid by booking.com for 3 nights but checked out and moved to another motel after the first night. Lost our money but couldn’t stay another night. The breakfast was horrible. Not much choice and very poor quality.

It was great breakfast. reception person was great location is good too.

We stayed hotel with group, one of room was uncomfortable, because the curtain moved on its own during the night.and another room was no towels.

staff, location and buffet breakfast.

open bathrooms, small bedrooms. i have booked for a family of 4 but there were beds for 3 so I had to hire another room separately for 1 member of my family on a seaprate floor.Bad on booking.com doing this to me. Became expensive and family has to split apart in a holiday.

Exceptional

Delicious meals with many choices, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location is very convenient, you can get to famous places in Ho Chi Minh City quickly. The hotel staff is nice and always help us during our stay here. We will recommend to friends and come back here next month.

2 Nights Stay

1.The bathtub in the centre of the room is probably the most awesome thing. 2. The breakfast is decent for the price range paid 3. If you like the internal decor, then it's your type of room. 4. It has a balcony with plants around it.

1. The room furnishing has this neoclassical design which wasn't to my taste. 2. There was a dead millipede near the balcony when I checked-in during late afternoon. I left it where it was and went out for about 3-4 hours. When I came back to the room later, it was gone. Somewhat creepy. 3. The floor was mildly dusty. My feet was dirtied as I walked around the room. I had to request for mopping service the next day,

Superb

The helpful staff specially Mrs Lieu who went out of her way to help me in getting my parcel stuck at UPS released with constant follow up.

No iron in the room. Saving mirror required. Hot water in the tap is insufficient. And objections raised on drying some daily use garments in the room. They even charged me 100,000 VND for a small hand towel catching coffee spot.

Bed was comfy Air con was good The bidet was built into the seat which was different from the more common shower heads. This was great.

It was tired The staff were a little indifferent. The blinds were faulty in our shower and we had to report it 3 times in one day. It did get fixed (a remote control issue) but felt like it could have been dealt with quicker. The bathroom - it's essentially a wet room but not as good. Thee shower wets the whole floor, the WC the WC roll holder and the bin.

Buyer Beware - Not as nice as they make it sound.

BEWARE - If you stay here read the fine print - they do not advertise that many of their rooms do not have a window. Even worse, the ones that have a "fake window" are all connected. Therefore, even if your room is a "non-smoking," if someone is smoking in their room the smell will come into yours. They haven't updated/fixed any issues in the room. I wouldn't stay here if my life depended on it.

The fact that I was lied to about the room. Nowhere does it say there won't be a real window. Even worse it's all connected so the person above me smoking basically sent their smoke into my room.

It's a satisfying and comfortable stay here

The hotel is nice and staff are overall friendly and helpful! Location wise, near to city center and there's a circle k convenience store located opposite. Room is spacious and large and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good (they change a few dishes daily and there's live cooking too). Room service was well done.

Bathroom is big and have bathtub and automatic blinds. However, on certain days, there was no hot water (possibly many are using at the same time) and was lukewarm. And the drainage has problem and all the water from the bathtub would flow out from below and flooded the toilet floor. It took a while for the water to be fully drained and floor was wet.

- There was a shower and a bathtub. The shower is not built to drain properly so the water splashes everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom is small. - The double room did not have any window.

Holiday in Saigon

Staff were friendly and price was good.

The shower was horrible. Hand held or rain shower in the open shower.. Hand held had pressure but the water went all over the bathroom as there is no screen on one of the walls. Drain was too small to drain water. The water was never hot and we had cold showers all the time we were there. The hotel is not far from major attractions however the area you need to walk through to get there is not one of the nicest.
