Excellent location to the famous lee garden plaza
The sound proof is pretty poor. Can hear kids the next door clearly through TV cable holes

The family room is comfortable and big. The air conditioner is too cold and I don't know how to reduce it because it is still cold.
Don't have a lift.

Spot on in city centre, foods, shopping, massage, etc., is just around the corner. (Just need to walk) The lady owner very friendly and helpful. (By checking with her friend for my temple visit and so forth, without coercing....)
TV very bad reception, (zero viewing) and internet speed were low. (I brought my laptop to Starbuck for work and uploading documents),
