Nestled in Middle Smithfield, this lovely house for $372 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. BRAND NEW RENOVATION ** We currently have a firm minimum age of 25 and older to rent our home. ** Entire wall of windows added to the living room Brand new Kitchen with increased space and quartz countertops Primary Bathroom gut renovated and expanded Secondary bathroom renovated and bright! 8 person hot tub available year round Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week. Nestled in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. Amenity passes are $20 per person per day / $50 per 7 day week. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away. The house is perfectly sized for any group large or small. Enough space to spread out and separate groups, or join in the fun together. The large fully equipped kitchen holds a breakfast bar, microwave, coffee maker and stainless steel appliances and wraps around to join both the dining and living room areas with a wood burning fireplace. You'll be able to enjoy the fire while you dine. A connected all season room is packed with windows for year round enjoyment no matter what the weather. Brand new 46' and 60' LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as surround sound and DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch. The cabin like lower level boasts two couches, a full size pool table/ping pong table, dart board, separate bathroom, laundry room, plenty of board games and a wood burning stove everyone can enjoy. The larger of the two outdoor decks hold a gas barbecue grill and two outdoor tables, there's seating for the entire group.

I cannot express my gratitude to the homeowners for their quick responses, detailed emails and check-in instructions and their overall consideration for guests.
The property is beautifully kept and had more than enough room for a few more than the 14 family members ranging from 9-62 that we roomed with.
The jacuzzi on a cold mountain night was excellent. The kitchen is newly renovated and modern. The washer and dryer were very helpful.

Our family stayed a week in August and the house is beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and plenty of room for a large family, the house has a large open concept feel. It has a very large deck and if you like to look at the stars at night it was nice to sit outside on the deck and do that. The hot tub was the best part for me so nice to soak in after hiking and canoeing all day! We went hiking at Bushkill Falls which is about 10 minutes from the house, my daughter and niece went to Kalahari Resort Indoor Water Park for the day and it was about 45 min drive and a food store and liquor store only a 10 minute drive so a lot to do near the house. The only piece of advice I would give is just make sure the day of your arrival double check with the owners to make sure your name is in the system before arriving at the front gate. We had a little issue there but after calling Brian the owner it only took 10 minutes to fix and we were in. Overall we had a great time and I would rent this house again.

Great house for our family reunion. The deck was great for sipping on coffee in the morning or family meals with the dogs hanging out nearby. Some of the furniture was newer than pictured so we were pleasantly surprised. Host was very responsive and even helped find and ship our uncle's ipad and reading glasses that were left behind.

Absolutely fantastic stay. First and foremost, credit to Vincenzo and Brian who were great hosts and in constant communication with us for any questions we had. Second, the space is just grand. A ton of room for my friends and I to spread out, but also have big dinner together or grill or just spend a night in front of the fire sharing stories. The property itself has a ton of things to do, we spent an afternoon at the pool, used the fitness center and just walked around. Seriously recommend the place.

The beds were wonderful! The property was clean inside. It was easy to get into. It was a beautiful setting. The downside was that the hot tub was dirty and so was the gas grill. We even had a fire in the gray gas grill That required a fire extinguisher. So some attention to external details was missing. Otherwise a lovely stay.

This was a beautiful home that accommodated my family of 8. We especially loved the hot tub and game room. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly before our stay. The gated community was also a nice touch that offered an array of amenities and security.

The cabin was dated but comfortable, which was good for our group. Plenty of space for larger groups. We booked in Saw Creek specifically for the amenities. We were disappointed that the amenities were either not open or a hassle to use. Kitchen, games and DVD collection are well stocked.

I stayed here with my large family for a long weekend and the house was great for a large group. We had some difficulty checking in at the main gate (an issue on the community’s end) and Vincenzo was very responsive in helping us get it resolved. The outdoor space-yard, deck and fire pit were wonderful for hanging out and there are lots of activities nearby. We hope to come here again next year!

Great place for a family trip. With the amenities passes, we were able to spend time at the pool during the day and then come back and enjoy the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Was worried upom arrival that the AC units were individual/portable units, but kept the house adequately cooled for the whole stay. Had to call host with some questions at arrival and he was very helpful and easy to reach. Minimal cell service but wifi works In the main parts of the house so not an issue. Had an very enjoyable stay.

We do a yearly kayak trip, this year we had 13 adults. This place was PERFECT for that many people. Honestly you could definitely fit a couple more and everybody still had plenty of space. No one was on top of each other. We weren't sure what all kitchen supplies they would have so we brought some, and there was no need to. They had pretty much everything you would need. (Blender, Coffee Maker, Spatulas, Spoons, Mixing Bowls, Strainers, etc.) Everything worked as well, nothing was malfunctioning. Will definitely be booking this house again for next year. It was perfect for our needs.

Good Pocono getaway
Nice house for a Pocono getaway. Super convenient to Kayaking and Hiking at the Gap. We had some problems off the bat, hot tub was not ready, check in with security was not ready. Once settled we were fine. The house has a nice fire pit, the game room needed updating (worn darts/pool cues/pong table). The weather wasn’t very hot, but the ac units struggled to keep up with the heat, some werent working at all. Overall we had a good time, but some improved oversight here would definitely go a long way.

The location is great and the community is beautiful. The house is a bit dated and could have been cleaner but a nice representation of a “mountain house”. The supplied sheets and towels were a great plus!

Over all the trip was excellent. One complaint is I tripped on the threshold of the main floor bedroom and nearly fell right down the basement stairs. Maybe lowering the threshold at the bedroom door would be a good idea.

Nice, responsive homeowner
The home owner was very responsive to issues that came up and he was super nice and sent repair people as quickly as he could. However, some of the furniture was not in good repair and the refrigerator died while we were there. The oven door was separating and the washing machine wouldn't drain. Additionally, there was no gas in the grill. The house had lots of space and the beds slept well. Vincent did repay us for the loss of food from the refrigerator dying.
It was just annoying to keep having to deal with issues when we went for a restful vacation.

Our Family and the Vacation We Missed
We were unable to give a fair evaluation because we were dealing with a medical situation and unfortunately we were unable to attend. Our children went and had to deal with a sewage issue and a few other minor issues. Vincenzo was responsive and gracious in dealing with our oldest daughter in addressing these concerns. They had an enjoyable week. Thank you.

Nice location, good amount of space
Very nice location, a short ride to Bushkill Falls. The house was a good size for 8 adults to stay in. Well stocked kitchen. A few things could use a little tender care- some of the screens were broken, the fan over the stove didn’t work, but nothing that really presented any problems. Used the hot tub every day! Only one useable dart, but we had brought our own. And only one usable cue stick, but we bought one at Walmart and donated it to the house. Owners were very responsive to communication, and very pleasant to work with. Thanks for a very relaxing vacation.
