The location is 10/10 centre of the old town, easily walkable to everything. Couldn't get a better location. We had the suite/room one, and it was massive. Honestly such great value for money. The courtyard area was very cute and entry door systems very secure. Would definitely stay here again.
It was noisy, even during the night you can hear the people in restaurants and streets, that being said it's nothing a set of ear plugs won't solve so very worth it in terms of location.

There was no breakfast and it was unmanned
My room was fine but on a noisy street and it had a shared bathroom with an adjoining room which was not what I was expecting and was definitely not indicated in the room description .Also the door of both rooms had no locks once you unlocked the outer door, so your possessions were at the mercy of the other person staying in the adjoining room which thankfully no one stayed in, to my relief. I also requested the adjoining room instead of mine when I arrived which was much nicer and quieter, from a young lady cleaning who let me in originally but was told there would be someone else staying but no one did. It was a great location but I wouldn’t have been happy sharing a bathroom with some stranger and more importantly not being able to lock my room door was not acceptable. This should be flagged in future to guests.
