Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück halten sich diskret im Hintergrund auf.
Gepflegtes Grundstück.
Sicherer und großer Parkplatz.
Schöner Pool.
Tolle Terrasse.
Klimaanlage
Ist etwas abseits vom Lago Maggiore, in einem kleinen Ort, wo aber Bäcker, Kaffee, Pizza vorhanden ist.
Für Ausflüge, zu den umliegenden anderen See perfekt.

Wir waren im Juli 2026 da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dino und David waren ganz liebe Gastgeber und haben uns immer Tipps und Aufmerksamkeiten gegeben. Der Pool war ein Traum. Die Terrasse und die Wohnung waren sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Dino und David haben uns einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Urlaub beschert - vielen Dank!

Ongelooflijk vriendelijke gastheer. Mooi en compleet appartement. Heerlijke bedden en alles was aanwezig. Prachtig en groot terras. Prima bedden. Fantastisch zwembad die speciaal voor ons nog wat langer open bleef. Een plek om terug te keren. We hebben het heerlijk gehad en ook de locatie is top. Bakkertje en afhaalpizza om de hoek en restaurantjes op een paar kilometer rijden.

Exactement ce qu'on recherchait pour des vacances tranquilles, tout en étant proche de l'habitant ; A ce propos, Dino et son fils David nous ont très bien accueilli et donné de bons conseils de visite; c'est tout l'avantage ; la proximité du lac Majeur est un vrai plus avec l'embarcadère du bateau à moins de 3 kilomètres, pour les iles Boromeos; quant à la piscine d'eau salée, pour nous, c'était une première ; super agréable ! Quasiment pas de vis-à-vis avec les voisins ( les haies ont monté depuis les photos qui ont quelques années ) . La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et constitue un panorama très appaisant ; comptez que les grandes surfaces commerciales se trouvent, en moyenne, à 7 kilomètres ; coop, carrefour et Tigros ! Sinon, il y a les deux boulangeries sympathiques, dans le village ( à pied, tout près ) ainsi qu'une petite épicerie ; plutôt pour dépanner...
