Todo o atendimento foi via whatsapp para informação de senha, viabilizando o acesso ao estabelecimento e ao quarto. Tudo muito simples e prático, inclusive se adequando à qualquer horário de chegada, pois não há check-in.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado.
Café da manhã simples, porém muito delicioso, com tudo fresquinho.
Gostaria de deixar a sugestão para que tenha um secador de cabelo para empréstimo entre os hóspedes, foi a única coisa que achei falta.

Rooms are clean, house is recently reformed.
Night attendee was nice at first calling the noon guy to opening the hostel whose only entrance stands above a restaurant. Accommodations are superb, its a new hostel after all, clean except that the night guy who apparently watches Naruto all night and keeps making calls asking about some girl and lives there also, walks into the bedrooms bathroom to take a shower and leaves a pool of water for you to step in when you wake up to take a p. Theres no breakfast, and the day after both this highly unprofessional and weird guy alongside the girl kept taking turns insisting me to leave the recreation area while i was smoking and waiting for my Uber saying the guests they usually have there don't actually stay in that area. After telling these clearly new-to-business or unfriendly employees thats a common thing to do in a Hostel she said she had no idea and apologized. (Prolly they wanted to shag or something). In sum the employees are really unprofessional and unexperienced and need to be way more educated and receptive with their guests, also the only entrance being trough a restaurant and no breakfast provided can be an issue.
