Room very cold when arrived (being Ballarat).

Cute little room, quiet location. Easy to find and there was parking at the front of the house. Little kitchenette was nice.
A fair walk into town centre but a great spot
Bathroom was freezing (but it is winter in Ballarat). The info on booking.com needs to include parking info.

Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower
Very small. Didn’t like having to park on the Main Street, a long way from the unit. Can’t comment on staff as there was no direct contact
