The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything Central Protaras has to offer, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus. Villa Alexa is a new, spacious & modern house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with a large breakfast bar modern furniture and large screen TV. The second floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed. The second bedroom and third bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each. On this floor there is also the family bathroom and a separate shower room. In total can comfortably accommodate 6 persons in beds. The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Alexa has the best to offer in this respect. The large private swimming pool is situated in a spacious plot and surrounded by palm trees. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs on a beautiful breezy patio by the pool as well as a large gas BBQ. Overall Villa Alexai is ideal for family holidays. Protaras Holiday Villa Alexa is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water. Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months. There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Nothing not to like about this villa. Perfect positioning for everything. Not very important but more coat hangers in the wardrobes would be great.

Spacious Villa, 2 showers, asked them to clean pool after high winds caused debris in pool arrived, next morning, lovely outdoor furniture, good aircon. Washing machine not working properly, think bearings had gone, handle on bedroom door very loose. Could have had an information pack in Villa, local trips and how to use white goods and gas BBQ, although customer service rep ran through quickly, would have been useful to have written instructions.

Villa is exactly as on the pictures which is great Pool Friendly service, we were allowed to stay until 14:00 on our leaving day Some equipment needs replacement (e.g. toaster)
