Non andava il clima/riscaldamento: abbiamo dovuto chiedere come fare: hanno delle stufette, una non andava, poi sostituita; vi era un odore non piacevole nell’appartamento

Muy bien situado y el alojamiento está estupendamente muy limpio y cómodo , completo . Excelente . La atención de las personas encargadas del mismo ha sido de 10, me han tratado muy bien .

Cheap and affordable apartment

The property was very close to all amenities and within walking distance to the beach and city. Whilst I never met the owners they responded quickly to all inquiries and in a very professional manner. The apartment itself is quite spacious and had all the necessary appliances to make us feel at home.

Unfortunately there is a very strong putrid smell in the apartment which resulted in us having to buy air fresheners on the first day.

Superb

Great location- really close to the beach and a short walk into the centre. Spacious apartment and very comfortable for 6 adults. It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and gave us great tips! Would definitely recommend!

had a wonderful time exploring the city, beach,restaurants shops. lovely people in all of them

spacious, central, near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets……. walking distance.very good

some of my group could get a smell of the drains, within the apartment,and in the outdoor area where the clothes line is…..we had great difficulty in finding some place to put our luggage on the last day, so we lost some time in finding it, almost missed our tour guide,

Beautiful apartment spoiled a littled by the worry about the air conditioning.

The mouldy drain smell which came from the bathroom and air conditioning system was very offputting, particularly as the apartment was beautiful and clean. We felt that the airconditioning system needed attention and were worried that the warm air blowing in could contain harmful spores. So much so that we actually turned it off.

The house actually was very nice but not clean. The floor was dusted and plenty of hairs on everywhere. Huge cockroach rocks came out of the door frame.

excellent experience and would stay again

The location was excellent. Really close access to the beach and a comfortable 15 minute stroll to the marina area. The property was very clean and the communication and helpfulness of the owners was second to none.

there was a damp smell coming from the drainage (we thought) which was present in the bathrooms in particular. The property was very clean as noted so not an issue related to that.

it was really smelly. the drain for the complex was in the small courtyard that made the apartment smell terrible and left the smell on clothes for drying. no view and deception of how nice a day it was.

Great place, bad smell

It was a great location, really well equipped, lovely space, great showers. really lovely property.

Unfortunately there was an awful drainage smell in the apartment. It was a very foul smell that was there for our whole stay. We were there long enough to get it sorted though.

Great apartment in the best location possible between the city and the beach.

Fantastic lication and superb accpmmidation for up to 6 people.

The sharp knives werent and the main door key was a bit tempremental!

very spacious apartment close to the beach, very clean, all the facilities included, the owner very responsive, answered our query promptly

when entered the accommodation, the apartment smelled like drainage, but after opening the windows it was fine. small minus for not having small shelf installed in the shover cabin

smell from bathroom drains! we tried to pour boiling water to improve this and in the end- resorted to buying air fresheners also- we had to contact the agent as both our outdoor keys for the building did not work properly.

Good stay for larger family.

Location 15 min walk to center of the city. Fully equiped kitchen + loundry machine. Spacious apartment with dinner and family room, for two families. Market right next on the corner.

a place we will definitely come back to

an excellent apartment that was ideally located to have the perfect holiday.only 100m from the beach and a 15-minute walk into the centre of Malaga. The hosts were really helpful and would highly recommend a stay there particularly for families who like to mix beach and city holidays

Superb

Spatious apartment, rooms conveniently located inside, kitchen well equipped. Everything is new in the apartment (furniture, appliances). Good bathroom amenities for a short stay (we spent 4 nights/ 5 persons)

The smell coming from old pipes/sewage, etc, simply inextinguishable, even with all windows open. It’s something beyond control, we understand, but it’s not pleasant.

Great and clean apartment near the beach

Key pickup is very easy. The apartment is big, clean, good equipped. The location is very comfortable. Close to the center and even closer to the beach. A few shops are nearby. After check out I could leave my bags till the flight in the evening. Everything was perfect!

Large, clean and nice location.

The apartment is large, was very clean and it's close to the beach (just 1 block away) but not too far from the city center (15min walking). Airconditioning was working properly. Our host, Beatriz was nice, and quickly answered our questions.

In the description they said there are parking options (garage, secure), but there wasn't, so we had to pay some extra for street parking and needed additional planning (max parking time is 2.5 hours) and we had some trouble to find spots. They said sorry, and they said they would fix this in the description.
