Location, helpful and friendly staff, well equipped kitchen, and cleanliness.

NO elevator (lift). The terrace glass door did not lock.

Excellent for a visit to Salamanca with a car, better than the photos show.

Quiet location about 10 mins walk across the bridge to town and then another 5 to the centre, easy to find with satnav, easy secure parking, not far to Aldi and Mercadona, lift access. View over nice square from the lounge & kitchen.

Bedroom looks out onto a neighbouring window, but not a big issue.

The place was adequate for a short stay and close to the centre.

It was close to the centre, and there was a supermarket nearby. It was easy to find. The reception was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and fairly attractive.

It smelt of smoke even at the end of our stay - the rooms, the towels. There was no loo paper, we had to ask for it. The heating was difficult to adjust and there were no guidelines. It constantly went up and down so that it was cold when you wanted heat and hot when you wanted cool. The double bed was rather cramped and not very comfortable. There were cigarette burns on the furniture. The kitchen only had one saucepan and no wooden spoons. There was no teapot. There were only 2 wineglasses. There was no salt or pepper.

Los recepcionistas muy simpaticos y proactivos. El apartamento amplio, limpio y bien ubicado. Ademas el aparcamiento esta incluido.

Quizas falta algun pequeño detalle como lugares para colgar toallas en el baño o paños en la cocina.

Ofrecian piscina y no tenia Ademas el codigo de entrada no funcionaba y llame varias veces al numero del hotel y no me atendieron suerte que de insistir se abrio la puerta si no habria dormido en la calle
