Disappointed

Paris is wonderful. Unfortunately we can't say the same for the unit. Location requires walking up a hill. Wooden floor by the balcony is damaged/unattractive, a trip hazard. Hard to open/close the drapes when opening/closing balcony doors. No air-conditioning, just a fan that circulates hot air. Extremely noisy outside at night with young men having fun screaming to each other at 2AM, not just passing by, but hanging out for hours every night. Have to leave balcony doors open at night because of the heat. No screens to keep out mosquitoes. No bed sheets, only a mattress cover and thick comforter. Prepare to sweat. Cheap insecure DYI assembled fixtures. Bathroom sink came off wall causing injury to foot. Cheap plastic sewer pipe, thinner than PVC broke, vanity of flimsy waterlogged particle board attached to wall showing years of water damage with wavy plaster. Management blamed us. Is it licensed, insured, inspected? Just took our deposit. Trip hazard going into the shower/tub which is raised above the ground causing one to climb awkwardly in and out. Definitely not the experience we expected or wanted. It's more like a youth hostel or camping. Wish we stayed somewhere else, higher quality.

The place is decent.

They asked a deposit of 300 and 40 euros off because the sheet were allegedly damage. I have never experienced a similar situation. seems like a scam. Je be careful.

Proximity to Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe as we were there for the Tour de France. Super selection of excellent restaurants close by Friendly accomodating staff

Superb

Spacious compared to apartments in paris Has washing machine, iron, coffe machines but without coffee, wine opener, tv and heater. Very clean Deposit was returned one hour after check out Location is perfect

Bed sheets didn't look very clean

The location is fantastic

Everything in the apartment is nice, but it lacks the passion to provide a really warm welcome. It’s always just small things that are missing, e.g. there is a Nespresso machine, but not even two capsules for the first morning. Or some paintings on the wall.

You can do better around the corner

Local restaurants

Very disappointing stay, poor management, cheap ownership, way overpriced, we moved to hotel weeks ago, right around the corner. Thousands € cheaper, breakfast included, no extra charge for toilet paper or coffee or extra towels daily, included toiletries and hand towels. And AC. This will all go in review. Hope owners get the message, there is such a thing as portable AC. We washed the blankets covering the stained couches, the couches should be steam cleaned. Apartment was less than the bare minimum, any time we requested something it was basically argumentative discussion as to No, or pay €50 extra but don't hesitate to ask. over 24-hours ago requested to do a walkthrough still no word, too late now we've taken a video of the condition of the apartment the way we left it, more user friendly than before. The amount of money spent for this place, someone should be ashamed.

the flat is very close to champs elise

the apartment is badly maintained, has many cracks and holes in the ceilings, even the bathtub is roughly repaired, the remote control did not work, the sheets for the second bed are missing, the toilet drain does not work completely. for the price they asked for, almost 200 euros a night each, it seems that there are too many gaps to be solved- It's a very pity taking into consideration that the flat is very close to Champs Elysee-.

It is not what it appears in the pictures

The apartment was located at an excellent point, just 2 minutes from the main street.

It appears that it is fit for 4 people, but it is not. The “sofa cama” is just a sofa and a really small mattress that you pull from inside. An adult does not fit there. There is not air conditioning and it is really hot during the day and night.
