Situated in Palermo, this attractive condo for $129 per night is a great option for your next trip. Refined private apartment in Palazzo Moncada, an aristocratic building located in the heart of Palermo's historic center. The apartment that was recently renovated, is comfortable and quiet; it has wi-fi and convenient amenities for those who want to feel at home even on the go! Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. It will be like living at home. The apartment, although located in the city center, is reserved and quiet, in fact, it overlooks an inner courtyard with a fountain that helps to forget that you are in the heart of a pulsating and noisy city. The building has a concierge service and the apartment is equipped with alarm and can be reached via an elevator; there are heating and air conditioning services, bed and bath linen and a kitchen with crockery. The accommodation is equipped with 3 rooms: Room 1 - living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. Room 2- Spacious independent bedroom with a double bed Room 3 - Independent bedroom with a single bed which, on request, thanks to an extractable bed, can become double. I live in another apartment of the same building and I am available to assist when needed. I am always happy to provide tips of what to see, where to eat and how to enjoy the town! Palazzo Moncada is located in the heart of Palermo's historic center and within easy reach of its rich heritage of history, culture, art and good food. The building overlooks Via Roma, opposite Piazza San Domenico, where the Church of the same name is located. From the building it is possible to walk to the main places of cultural interest of the city; including the major city theaters and major museums (Palazzo Abatellis and National Archaeological Museum). In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can also shop in the shops of via Roma, eat characteristic foods, reach nightclubs in the center, browse through the ancient markets of Palermo, including the "Vucciria", which is a short walk from the apartment The palace is located in front of "La Rinascente", where there are various clothing shops and accessories of well-known brands; on the top floor of the building there is a bar / restaurant where on a large terrace (see one of the photos) overlooking the rooftops of the historic center of Palermo, you can dine or take an aperitif at sunset. The area is also very well connected by public services that allow you to reach all other urban and peripheral areas of Palermo. Palazzo Moncada is well connected by public transport. There is a paid car park a few meters from the building and free car parks in the immediate vicinity (100-200 mt). Directly from the airport, you can take a bus (€ 7.3 per person) that will leave you a few meters away from the house, in the Via Roma stop. You can also take the train from the airport (€ 5 per person) that will take you to Palermo Central Station in 30 minutes; from there it is about 1 km on foot or by bus along via Roma to reach the apartment.

Excellent hosts! We were able to drop off our bags early and leave our bags late due to early arrival and very late train departure. Communication was great. Very clean and quiet location. Very secure building with doorman most of the day. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Great location, easy access to airport bus . A great little apartment, very neat & clean with everything you'd need for short stay. Very thankful for aircon as was very hot outside. Stefano was very accommodating & communicated very well enabling easy access which was greatly appreciated. Lift access a real bonus!!! Would just suggest more suited to 2 adults & 2 children as single beds quite small (one not a great base/mattress) ,- guessing the couch doubles as a sofa bed which we didn't use so yes could accommodate 6 Some info re local eatery recommendations would have been helpful. A great little spot - Roni's help was also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend! Thank you

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Right near Via Roma so easy to get to but on an inside courtyard so quiet. We walked everywhere but there are buses nearby if you prefer. We appreciated our host’s suggestions for dinner. I had the best pizza of my life at Funnaco.

Rodi is a gem! We were on the last leg of a 10 day girl's trip and made a quick stop to Palermo where we stayed at Rodi's apartment. We arrived a little early and she offered for us to leave our heavy bags while the cleaning was being finished and we explored the city. Rodi invited us in to her apartment and gave us ideas for must see places making our trip all the more better. The apartment was clean, quiet, cool and comfortable and is in the perfect location- very close to some great markets and food. We loved our stay here and Rodi's hospitality and would definitely stay here again if we ever make the trip back.

Great location and easy to access from the airport. The airport shuttle literally drops you on the corner. The apartment is central to all sites, we felt safe in the area and is spacious and clean.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Very quiet, as well, even though the building is in a busy location. The owner is quite helpful and responsive, as well. The location could not be beat - just a few meters from shops and restaurants. We loved it, and recommend this property without hesitation .

This apartment is well located to be able to walk everywhere of interest. It’s on a walking street so no traffic which makes it more quiet. The building is refurbished and very nice. The wifi is weak in the apartment and the bathroom could use some updating. However, over all, the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

We loved our stay in the apartment in Old Town. Stefano and Rodi were great hosts. From the moment we booked the place until we arrived in Palermo and checked out they took care of us. 5 star rating, at least. The same for the apartment. Loved it.

This is the apartment to choose if you want to be in the middle of everything. And if you want a perfect host!!😊😊 We spent nine days in Palermo and we loved it. The apartment has all the necessities that you need. It is placed in central Palermo with only short walks to all the sights (5 - 30 min.). If you want to go by bus or train there is only a 15 min. walk to the train-/busstation - relevant if you want to go to Mondello beach, Cefalu beach, or somewhere else...😉😉 The apartment, although being in the centre, is very quiet - this is the place, if you want a quiet night's sleep😴😴 Our host Stefano is THE best! He was very helpful and gave us good advice regarding what to see👍👍 He replied quickly if we rang or sent him an message👍 Don't miss this one😎😎
