The host is a lovely lady who prepared a great guide on how to use the property, how to reach all the points of interest in Bologna, and instructions for all of the property’s devices. She was always in touch with me during the check-in and check-out. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. The bedroom is equipped with fan and wide bed. I want to mention that the pillows were pretty comfortable, as generally it is always a problem to find good-quality pillows in rental apartments. The apartment is safe, equipped with an electronic lock, and situated on a quiet street. It is also equipped with AC, fan, oven, fridge, and all the required dishes and pans for comfortable cooking. The apartment’s location is very comfy:15 minutes to Bologna Centrale and 10–12 minutes to Piazza Maggiore. You can reach a PAM grocery store in just 2 minutes.

Great location, easy to get to, spacious with nice bathroom and walk-in shower, everything was clean, the host was very helpful with recommendations and everything we needed for provided. It was quiet with the windows shut.
It was great that the flat had two air conditions as it was very hot - 36 degrees, but the one in the bedroom was not very effective.
