We liked the vibe of the old house with low ceilings and squeaky wooden floors. Ventilators in every room luckily, because summer is hot. Kitchen was quite well-equiped, except no sharp knives. Loved the old feeling of the place, and the location was quiet, except occasional drunken people and city noise up untill 23-00:00. There was a washing machine, dishwasher (completely clogged though, I fixed that), oven and microwave. It was enjoyable, although we needed to manage the heat inside by opening windows and letting the street noise come in.
The extremely worn-off chairs were embarrassing to have in the appartment, rest of the furniture was okay. Also there are sewer smells on the 2nd floor, if you do not close the sink completely after each use. Solution would be to add a simple water lock to the piping, but apparently the owner doesn't care. The tv is fixed next to a large window, which has no curtain, so constant street lamp backlight is bothering while watching.

It’s not the easiest to get to with big suitcases. Especially if you are driving in.

La posizione assolutamente perfetta in centro.
Entrambi i letti delle due stanze al nostro arrivo non erano fatti - le lenzuola del letto di sopra erano bagnate e non abbiamo potuto usarle il primo giorno.
Mancanca carta igenica nel welcome kit di una stanza. Siamo andati a comprarla. segnalato subito all’arrivo ma ricevuta risposta il giorno dopo.
Riscaldamento di sera si spegneva alle 10 circa e faceva freddo.
