Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Stephen's property. Great location, awesome amenities and you are at the beach in minutes. Stephen is responsive and great to work with. He was able to accommodate a late change and did so quickly and enthusiastically. Thanks for a great stay Stephen!

Fabulous spot for a large family to stay! We had a wedding to attend nearby and this home was so comfortable. Super low maintenance check in and check out, very responsive property manager!

The perfect beach house for your family getaway!!
My family of 7 stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had 6 adults and 1 child and the house perfectly accommodated everyone. The pictures in the listing are great, but truly do not do the property justice as it feels much larger when you walk in and is very comfortable. The beach is right across the street from the property and wasn't crowded at all. We were all very happy with our stay and hope to return again in the future.

This lovely beach house was one of the nicest, most spacious and affordable houses I've ever rented. Hidden Gem
This lovely beach house was one of the nicest, most spacious and affordable houses I've ever rented. Steps from the beach and Marina, rooftop balcony with amazing views, plenty of rooms and space for 4 adults, clean and well organized, and well stocked, large flat screen t.v. in main living room, several bathrooms, bikes, electric scooters, a beach wagon, umbrellas, hats, towels!!! This house has it all. Good job owners. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house, fully loaded with lots of goodies (bicycles, electric scooters, beach supplies). Very comfortable and relaxing house. The neighborhood was quiet and very good. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach was very clean.

Great family stay
This home is larger than the pictures show. Location is amazing! Clean and Stocked kitchen with 10 seats. Quality bedroom furniture and professional decor.upstairs living room is actually quite large and couches are comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding supplies. WiFi works flawlessly for work. Several televisions with smart TV capabilities. Garage is Stocked with plenty of beach supplies and good condition bicycles. Nice large garage and drive. Small patio and landscape out back. Super prompt communication with owner. Extra cleaning supplies if needed. Feels like home, but at the beautiful beach!!

Amazing Property To Stay At!
The property was amazingly clean and well stocked. (better than any other property!) Owner was super responsive and answered all my questions before, during and after. Our family had an amazing time and enjoyed the house, the beach and everything Oxnard had to offer.

Sewing retreat at the beach.
The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and perfect for our women's sewing retreat. The dining table is barstool height which made sewing difficult but we managed. Also the couch is too large for the space. We loved the rooftop deck where we ate dinner and watched the sunset. The rooftop deck needs some cleaning and a few potted plants would really make it a gorgeous space to enjoy the views. No A/C but that is true of almost all beach houses in the area. It was toasty when we first arrived but we opened the windows and it cooled down in the evening. The beach is super close and we used the beach chairs that were provided. Overall, we all were extremely pleased with the house, the location, and the amenities and the owner was quick to answer any questions. We booked early when it had no reviews at a lower price, for the price we paid it was a real bargain. Not sure we would book again at the current price. One last nitpick: the toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced.

We are experienced travellers and vacation house renters and this place was fantastic. I would describe this house as premium property because of its size, decor, and interior finishes.
First and foremost the house was sparkling, spotless clean. Given the large size of the property this was a pleasant surprise. Not a single strand of hair or a speck of dust or a greasy spot anywhere. Wow.
Next, the decor inside the house is very nice and tasteful, not overwhelming but present in every room, and thematically consistent. Rooms are laid out very well with large common kitchen/dining/living room area and a lot of privacy for all 4 bedrooms. Nice play area on the third level. Furniture is comfortable and includes leather sofas. The beds were very comfortable and linens were of good quality. Take a look at the pics and you will see that the beds are proper wooden ones with high quality mattresses. If you are a sensitive sleeper then pay attention to pics of the properties you consider renting because many houses, especially around the beach or in touristy areas have cheap beds with “barely there” frames.
Kitchen is well equipped.
As advertised, a large and very quiet beach is steps away and a major grocery store is a 6min drive. Beach had lifeguards daily who once warned our kids about a water pull into the ocean. We saw dolphins daily , once barely a few feet away from the shore. The house had everything you need for a nice day at the beach: beach buggy, cooler, beach chairs, boogie board, beach covers and toys. And several adult size bikes some of which could be used by our 9 year old. Google the local bike rental and you will find the biking map along the shore and marina. Apart from the beach, i’d Recommend renting an electric boat at the marina.
All our questions were responded within minutes by Stephen. This was appreciated.
I don’t think this house has flaws, but I wish wifi were a bit better. wifi had a strong signal, coverage and good speed but unfortunately blocked many regular websites and didn’t allow to use Netflix on a large tv. I’d also humbly suggest to add a couple of kids bike helmets as California law requires them for everyone younger than 18. And perhaps a strainer in the kitchen would help with the pasta.

Everything that was listed on this property was more than promising and more the pictures are beautiful but just dont do justice for how beautiful this home is and its location. Stephen was more than helpful on anything we needed and made me and my family feel right at home with peace of mind we will diffinetly be coming back in the future and can not wait. Absolutely Perfect!!!
My family came for our wedding. This house was absolutely beautiful and spacious with beds for all of us. The location is unbelievable with a roof top deck with ocean views, balconies, and a short walk across the street to the beach. The marina is a short walk with the farmers market and restaurants. It was set up first class with everything we could have needed - towels, bikes, foosball table, kites, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, cute decor, and on and on. Easy check in and out. We will definitely stay again!! Worth every penny!

Amazing beach house!
This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. It was SO well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and items for the beach! The beds were very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. Lots of room for the whole family. The rooftop deck was the perfect spot to spend the evening. It is located on a quiet street, only a two minute walk to the beach. The owner is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!
