Cozy and quiet apartment in Malaga city center with parking included.
Best location: in the city center with views to Mount Gibralfaro.
Quiet and safe area, easy transportation. It's in Victoria Street, near Plaza de la Merced and Alcazaba (5 min walking distance), 15 min to the beach. Just park your car and go everywhere on foot.

Our place is comfortable and ready to make your stay in Malaga memorable. Rest and feel like at home after visiting this beautiful city:
- Comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and confy italian sofa bed (double size) in the living room, both with visco elastic pillows for your best rest.
- Marble floor to keep the apartment cool.

There is washing machine, but not a drier. You can use it if needed, but your clothes will need at least one sunny day to dry. There is high-speed Internet, free and unlimited WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix, HBO ...
Let us know if you are coming by car, we will show you where is the parking space. Please note that the car MAX HEIGHT is 1,80m.
Since we are from Malaga we know the city very well and we will be happy to show you on a map where to go and many local recommendations. We will be available if you need any help or advice during your stay.

Definitely 5 stars. Jaun was friendly and helpful and made check-in very easy. He was readily accessible and quick to help with any questions. He was welcoming and made sure we had a great stay. We loved the apartment! It was beautiful - immaculate, modern, and cozy. It had everything we could possibly need. The French doors opened to a beautiful view and the apartment was always airy and bright. It felt very secure and was such a quiet, relaxing space. The location was great. It was an easy walk to attractions and close to bus stops and the beach. We usually stay in hotels, and this was so much better. I highly recommend it. I would love the opportunity to stay there again and revisit the beautiful city.

This apartment was perfect! The location is ideal, close to the old town as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. And we felt very fortunate to have our own parkade for our rental car.The host gave wonderful restaurant suggestions, and we enjoyed many of them. The bakery just beside the building was outstanding!The apartment itself is clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped, and has a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the smart TV on the nights we stayed in. And on the days we had to do business, we were very grateful for the reliable Wi-Fi.This apartment is a rare find. Highly recommend!

Great location, great host! The apartment is well equipped and has a wonderful view of Gibralfaro. Juan provided lots of local tips. Easy walking distance of all the best sites. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We're just back from spending a month in Juan's apartment on Calle Victoria. Whilst this is a busy road, there is no noise in the apartment as it is on the top floor to the rear of the building with great views of the Gibralfaro hill. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a great wifi connection for uninterupted streaming of Netflix, Amazon, etc.It is only a 5 minute stroll to the Plaza de la Merced with it's restaurants, bars and shops. This Plaza is also the home to Picasso's birthplace museum and a statue of the great man sit's on a bench nearby. The Mercado de la Merced is round the corner for fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish and other supermarkets are also within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment.Juan, a great host, met us on our first day and was always avaiable via WhatsApp with answers to a few questions we had and our deposit had been returned by the time we left Malaga airport!I would highly recommend this apartment, I wish I could have stayed longer!
