Avons été surclassés dans le palazzo Matteo, c’était déjà une belle surprise. Accueil personnalisé, avons obtenu toute l’aide pour être guidé vers le palais et pouvoir garer notre voiture sur place. Notre suite était spacieuse avec une décoration raffinée et très bien équipée, tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Un grand merci au directeur pour son aide et sa bienveillance, nous avons dû immobiliser notre véhicule sur place et il a tout mis en œuvre pour nous aider dans nos démarches alors que nous étions dimanche et grâce à lui nous avons trouvé des solutions. Ne parlant pas italien, sa collaboration a été essentielle. Mille Mercis ! Notre regret est de ne pas avoir pu prolonger notre séjour dans ce beau palais
