La ubicación es espectacular, desde el balcón tiene una vista hermosa de una iglesia. A menos de 2 minutos hay un Carrefour, también muy cerca está una calle con mucho comercio, pero no se siente el ruido desde el apartamento. El apartamento está muy bien organizado, el baño es grande y las instrucciones muy claras. Con gusto volveremos a quedarnos allí cuando volvamos a Salamanca.
Por comentar algo, nos quedamos en el 3 piso (2 andar) y las escaleras son antiguas, pero eso es algo normal en estas ciudades. Todo lo demás fue magnífico.

Communication was fine - we knew how and when to get in (lockbox).
The flat is centrally located, a short walk to the main square.
It looks like someone put a lot of thought into the flat initially - the decor is unusual and impressive, but the upkeep poor. Nice view of the street from the windows.
Living room has a small a/c, rooms do not.
Pity - this place could be great - but as it stands - I would not return.
Up 2 long flights of narrow stairs to get to the flat. No parking nearby, need to park in a lot ~ 16 EUR a night or so.
Rooms are small and darkish, not especially clean. Some lightbulbs were missing. Windows face the street and you can hear everything - not great on a weekend night
The kitchen is poor. Everything is old and well-used - a couple of well-scratched teflon pots, a cafetiere but no kettle, a microwave, a minfridge and a hob. Sparse cutlery. No real place to eat (kitchen sideboard has space for one).
There is a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes.
