The stay was great overall, warm and clean rooms, tasty breakfasts, looks like the rooms were renewed recently. Everything is in the walking distance, which is very comfortable, as we had to leave our car on a paid parking (the only place we could find around)
Parking is open for everyone so it’s difficult to find a parking space near the hotel.

Location was satisfactory, not far from the Archeological Museum, and about 10 minutes from Batumi Park and 15 minutes from the Boulevard. Elevator exists, although it's rather small. Fridge was nice and balcony was welcome.
Booked this room based on the "spa bath", but apparently this does not exist and the response when asked was that they "do not know how to remove this from Booking". Please help them to remove this erroneous information as we were very disappointed to not have this option. Sound proofing of windows does not apply to the street side of the hotel, and it was extremely loud all night long. Not great for a relaxing sleep. Intermittent foul smell from the toilet. Too many negatives at this hotel. :(
