The location and the space and the ease of the owner’s instructions to enter the property.
Not many utensils such as a chopping board and baking tray for the oven.

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Very quick response from management - helping us add extra guests quickly and easily as well as bike storage arrangements.
All remotely done - never saw any staff, but efficient.
Lacking a few minor kitchen utensils (no cutting board or grater), but otherwise very good value for money.

Location, cleanliness.
The kitchen lucked basic equipment, you have to chop veggies on a plate, no simple cutting board, no kitchen towel, we had to use a bathroom towel to dry our hands, we used a large pot for our salad. There were no racks in the oven. Funny enough..I bought a porck tenderloin to make it for dinner, and the oven was empty, no racks in the oven:). Pleeeeeease, if you Air Bnb with a kitchen, please include the basics. If I didn't want a kitchen included, we would have paid for a hotel room only.
Please, please get some decent cookware for your future guests, as the ones you have in the kitchen have seen better days in the 1950s.
