The Bungalow is very spacious and has lovely gardens. As it was Mango season, we had fresh mangoes everyday. The kitchen facilities were excellent. Our room was good with an ensuite shower and had hot water from solar panels. The air-conditioning was very welcome.
We will certainly book here again.
Highly recommended.
Housekeeping could be improved.

The host and the care taker were very flexible with check in and check out times and process. Close to Gampaha town centre but not yet in the town centre so has idyllic nature to it. It is an old family home carefully converted to a guest house.
Selva the care taker was kind and attentive.
Cleanliness could be a bit better.

広々とした部屋で、清潔感もありました。部屋の中に物干しがありましたので、洗濯物も干すことができました。 バスルームには、シャワーも2つついており、お湯もちゃんと出て、快適でした。バスルームにはシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープも設置してありました。
キッチンに湯沸かしポットや紅茶類も備え付けられており、自由に使用できるとのことでした。但し、部屋からキッチンに行くまでに施錠されたドアが３枚ありました。鍵を渡されましたが、１枚目のドアが本当に開けにくく、苦労しました。非常時に管理人さんを呼んでも来てくれませんでした。

The CHARAKAMA Homestay was in an ideal location for us. It was very secure, very clean, beds were comfortable and well furnished. We arrived at 2.30AM and picked up the keys from the caretaker. Greatly appreciated, the kindness of the caretaker. The kids enjoyed the garden as it had lots of space to play. We loved the jack fruit that we got from the garden and made a nice curry. I would certainly book this again.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this place to anyone.
