Nestled in Vila Nova de Cacela, this lovely villa for $820 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. After driving 1km on a very well maintained unpaved dirt road the property arrives. Most of the two acres are fully landscaped and well tended with lawned areas among olive trees. Upon entering the villa you have a landing where you can go up to the first floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a large bunk bed. All beds and mattresses are of high quality AA. Even the bunk beds are oversized and also fitted with high quality mattresses and are very comfortable and suitable for adults. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a bath and shower. The second bedroom is en-suite and also has a large double bed and a large bunk bed. The bathroom has a walking shower. The third and largest room is the so-called children's room. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds, where one of the lower bunk beds is double, so this room can sleep 5 people. On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms. One has a double bed and a bunk bed. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed and a double sofa bed. This room is also used as a TV room. These two ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom. The spacious living room has french doors to the terrace and a large fireplace. this lounge area has a large ceiling and a large flat screen TV, DVD, etc. adjacent to the living room and dining room with a solid wood table suitable for large family dinners when it is not possible to eat out. Next to the dining is the kitchen. This big kitchen has plenty of fridges and is fully equipped to cater for numerous people. Plenty of glasses and plates etc. Also all kind of kitchen machines are present and even an ice machine. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Next to dinner and the kitchen. This large kitchen has many refrigerators and is fully equipped to cater for countless people. Lots of cups and plates etc. Also all kind of cooking machines are present and even an ice machine. There is a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer. The access room to the basement level. Through the wine racks comes the games room, which can also be used as a conference room to hold business meetings. Everything is present to have a professional meeting. In the meeting room is also the pool table and more things for children, such as a game console and Karoke set. Both inside and out this farm has been completely restored to convey all its character. The whole Villa is air conditioned and has underfloor heating. Wireless internet is also present. The outdoor dining area is composed of barbecue and sink, and with an extendable table to seat all guests. Next to the infinity pool there are 12 sun loungers and a louge garden set. At the bottom, at the far end of the property there is a tennis court (still with goalposts and basketball hoops) and a small skate park with half pipe. At the entrance of the property a small museum was erected by the owner in order to give more authenticity to the farm. Adjacent to this property is another house with independent pool that can extend the capacity to 10 more people. These two houses are completely separate. This is a truly unique property, both for its quality, stunning sea views and capacity.

Quinta ideal para disfrutar del campo y playa

Nos alojamos tres familias y disfrutamos de las instalaciones de la Quinta y de las playas de la zona. Las instalaciones de la Quinta son perfectas para el entretenimiento de los niños y adultos. La vivienda es perfecta para 12 o 14 personas por el tamaño y número de habitaciones que tiene y dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Los niños disfrutan de los juegos en el exterior con la tranquilidad de estar en el recinto se la finca mientras los adultos pueden estar tranquilamente en la piscina o trabajando si fuera necesario. Totalmente recomendable.
