Dourwin really is an exclusive retreat. The room was very spacious, extremely comfortable & very tastefully decorated. The fact there are only 6 rooms makes the pool & sunbathing area feel very private & exclusive. It has amazing river front scenery.
The staff are very professional & friendly. They made us feel very welcome & always had great food & drink recommendations. The food itself is exceptional, with amazing choice. Being in a remote location, it was great having the restaurant on site so we could truely relax & unwind. We love the scallops so much, we ordered the same again the next day.

Great to unwind, the proporty was beautiful, the surrounding views were beautiful and the staff was excellent. The breakfast you can not imagine, it was so great! They also provided 2 small cannoos for free to do some sports which was a nice supprise. The restaurant at the proporty is high quality and serves great food. The owner was there to welcome us and show us arround which we really appreciated! Please keep in mind you have to be a good driver with a strong car to get to the property tho :D
Keep in mind There is nothing to do in the surrounding arrea, which is fine for a 2 day unwind. They have their own restaurant which serves amazing food! But it is however expensive and there is no alternative guest menu available. Because of the location you are however almost forced to eat there which can hurt a wallet a bit more than should be necessary. If you however stay for a short period or dont mind having good food every day :P then this will be a more than perfect place to stay

Great facilities and incredible views. Liliana was a great support and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Great breakfast
Unfortunately, the restaurant service was disappointing. There was a mistake with our order, and although the main dish was eventually replaced, the sides were left on the table and had gone cold by the time the correct dish arrived. We ended up having a grilled steak instead of what we originally ordered but were still charged the same price. It’s a shame, as this experience overshadowed what could have been a truly great stay and the great food overall. I would assume that the restaurant staff would pay attention specially to guests and in fact the complete opposite happened.
