Good location, poor facilities.

Location and ease of access.

Facilities: Hot water tank ran out as soon as you wet your hair for the shower. Have to wait another 30min before the water is warm enough again. Toaster was broken and sparks were flying when we plugged it in. Fridge was barely cool enough, so most of our food spoiled in 2 days.

A lovely stay!

Easy to find and to get access to the apartment. Since it is below ground it was nice and cool with the hot temperatures inside. It was still light enough with the windows. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped, we didn't lack anything. You could really tell the host wants you to feel welcome and to enjoy the stay.

Perfect for a night

Kitchen complete with dishes and an oven. I was lucky and got a parking space in the courtyard.

No wifi (or I didn’t find the instructions), and being a souterrain apartment, mobile data doesn’t work very well there either. Besides that, a dishwasher would fit nicely in the space under the sink :-)
