Nice condo, spacious, clean and well maintained, nice community amenities and this unit is just off the beach but easy access. Quite a few stairs.

Property was very nice and located in a perfect area. A few minor defects: sliding door handle, kitchen faucet. All else was great. Owner thoughtful in leaving beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Thanks

The condo was nice close to pool and beach. It was not as clean as I liked, the sliding glass door on balcony was broken and had to leave cracked, there were numerous light bulbs out throughout the house. Condo was on 2 and 3 floor so no place to leave beach wagon which was inconvenient. Would probably not rent again because of all the steps.

This listing was perfect. The location to the beach and to downtown St. Augustine were convenient. There were plenty of restaurants close by. The beach wasn't overcrowded at all and overall our stay was wonderful.

Overall we throughly enjoyed this unit and the location. Access to the beach was excellent. The ocean view was blocked more than I expected but this would not be a deal breaker for me. The pool was really nice. Great location. Plenty of space. A second floor condo with two floors inside. The main level is on the second floor of the complex. All bedrooms are on the second floor of the unit. You should be prepared to climb steps. Do yourself a favor and try Viola’s across the street. I’d recommend reservations there because everyone seems to know how great the place is.

The property was just like the pictures and the view of the ocean was great and a very short walk from the condo. Leslie was absolutely wonderful from start to finish and helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
