The room (a "Junior Suite") was upstairs, it was quiet, had a good view, WiFi was reliable where we were in the building, it was comfortable and easy to access, either by car or on foot. Staff was responsive, checkin and out was easy. We were there in mid-September so it wasn't busy.
It would have been nice if the room had been equipped with a microwave. Not everyone wants to eat out at a restaurant for every meal and the local "grocery stores" aren't especially well stocked with items that don't need any heating. Fortunately, there were 2 BBQs at the building so we were able to cook up some meals.

Beautiful scenery. Kitchen was laid out so you could cook a whole supper
You could hear every step from the guests in the apartment above.
