Situated in Pocono Pines, this charming house for $238 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 2024 Schedule - We can only offer a single 30 day rental from around July 30- Aug 30 Thank you for the interest in our cottage. New township legislation to regulate short term (under 30 days) rentals has unfortunately also made it a challenge for owners who only rent occasionally due to increased fees and permits. Therefore, we are offering one single monthly rental of 30 days mostly in the month of August at 10% off the weekly price. Approximately $6700 + utilities and fees. Please contact us if interested so we can determine the dates. Updated, mid-century modern cottage in the 5-star Platinum Lake Naomi community. The one-of-a-kind architectural design from the 60's spirals upward to create what guests have described as like being in a tree house. Double-height living room, large windows and skylights in most rooms provide lots of light and views of the woods. Large wood deck with Adirondack chairs just outside dining room sliding door overlooks woods and fire pit. Master and second bedrooms each have private covered balconies. Third bedroom has fun custom built-in bunk beds and a loft bed with a peek-out window that kids love. All bedrooms have skylights with custom shades for those who would rather not wake up with the sun. A huge plus is our great location only a 5-minute walk to the lake and stunning outdoor pool. When pool parking is full on busy weekends you can easily walk. LNC is a private club but an optional but very highly-recommended purchase of a Lake Naomi Club Temporary Membership* includes a beautiful 9-hole golf course, Har-true tennis courts (with a brand new clubhouse), 3 pools (1 on the lake, 1 indoor with new kids area, 1 with climbing wall), spa (great for a rainy day), sailboat and kayak rentals, 4 beaches, archery range, 2 clubhouses for dining, indoor recreation center and more. All are available with the purchase of a temporary club membership* that we truly feel is worth every penny for this 5-star Platinum club. Please see more below.* Quick House Rules: No Smoking, No parties, Min. age of primary renter is 25, No dogs please as our son is allergic, Guests bring linens and towels. Please see the refund policy in the Rental Agreement that applies for for monthly rentals. This is our families' second home that we love and use often (and that as an architect I enjoy continually improving) so we mainly offer it a maximum of 4 weeks in the summer and for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. *Lake Naomi Club Temporary Membership - (2024 Summer rates to be published later. Please see LNC website. Membership required for access to the lakes, ponds and beaches, the Clubhouse-Restaurants, participation in recreation and social activities, the Recreation Tennis Courts, Pools, Silver Tennis (Court Fees are additional) and Silver Golf (Greens Fees are additional). It also provides access to the Logan Steele Community Center which includes usage of an indoor pool with new kids area, adult whirlpool, steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports like tennis, basketball and pickle ball, café, Indoor Tot Lot, Outdoor Pavilion, Archery Range, Outdoor Fields, Outdoor Playground and Wireless Internet Usage. The Club requests we post the following statement which is also found on their webpage: If you are renting a home in Lake Naomi or Timber Trails and would like to access our facilities, you must take out a Temporary Membership. THE APPLICATION AND ALL PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. IF THESE ARE NOT RECEIVED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50.00 EXPEDITED PROCESSING FEE.

This home is everything you see on the website. The layout was great for our parties. Two separate bedrooms and then the loft room for our teens. I was worried about the heat since a heat wave occurred during our trip, but there were so many fans that the place stayed cool. The location is great, just a short distance to Lake Naomi pool and beach. Overall, I would definitely return and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. .

My boys & I had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family- & the loft was a huge hit with my little guy. The yard was also great- fire pit, corn hole, hammock & gorgeous trees. The proximity to the pool & beach is a plus! We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The amenities were clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. In addition, the wood burning stove heated the house nicely and provided that extra cozy, winter feel. If you come for winter, as we did, Big Boulder and Jack Frost are each about 20 min away, which for us was not far at all. The house is located in a community and recessed from the road allowing our kids to play in the snow all around without any worry of cars. We did purchase the temporary membership to use the club house with the pool and hot tub after a day of skiing. The club house was short drive away. Craig was very accommodating, and check in / out was smooth. He provided clear and detailed house instructions. We would definitely return, perhaps in the summer since the lake and other outdoor amenities looked like great, summer fun. Jenny and Andy

My family of 4 stayed for a rainy week in July in the Griffen cottage in Pocono Pines, PA. It was beautiful, in a great location with ample room for a small family. We had a lot of fun. *We had to purchase the weekly membership to utilize Lake Naomi & the pools and grounds.This was an accidental oversight, but was quite a necessity for the week. It was worth it!

My daughters and I could not have been happier with this gem! It was unbelievably warm and cozy! We didn't have the best weather when we visited the Poconos but this wonderful home made up for it! We all sat at the dining room table and colored, played games, and did puzzles. The TV was huge so we rented movies at the Redbox as well. The Firepit outside was an added bonus! We roasted marshmallows and made smores! The bedrooms were a perfect size- we loved all the patios! I definitely recommend this place! It's an amazing value for Lake Naomi! Thanks so much to the Griffens for our stay and for being available whenever we had questions! 5 STARS!!!!

The pictures don't do it justice! The house is so cute! For the square footage of the home and having 7 people we did not feel cramped at all. The bottom floor had a very open feel to it. The kitchen had everything we needed. A wonderful home in a wonderful area! Would definitely recommend!
